Balance & Bliss Healing

1. Appointment Booking:
a. All appointments at Balance & Bliss Healing are subject to availability.
b. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
c. The deposit can be exchanged for another session of equal value, provided we receive a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time of the session.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
b. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling without providing the required notice, the full session fee will be charged.
c. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, the deposit can be transferred to another appointment or refunded upon request.

3. Late Arrival:
a. We highly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure a relaxed experience.
b. In the event of late arrival, your session may need to be shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

4. Health and Safety:
a. It is important to inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other relevant health information before your session.
b. We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if there are any concerns about your health or safety.

5. Gift Vouchers:
a. Gift vouchers purchased from Balance & Bliss Healing are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
b. Gift vouchers are transferable and can be used by a different recipient with the original voucher holder's consent.
c. Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and are subject to availability.

6. Confidentiality:
a. All client information shared both in communications up to, during and after the sessions or consultations will be kept strictly confidential, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Liability:
a. Balance & Bliss Healing shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss, or injury arising from the use of our services or facilities.
b. Clients participate in sessions at their own risk and are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information.
